Gavin Rossdale is an English singer, guitarist and songwriter best known as the frontman and co-founder of Bush. Formed in London in 1992, the band broke through internationally with the 1994 album *Sixteen Stone* and helped define the post-grunge sound of 1990s alternative rock. After Bush’s initial hiatus, Rossdale led the band Institute and released his solo album *Wanderlust* in 2008. He returned to Bush in 2010 and has continued recording and touring with the group, whose later releases include *The Kingdom*, *The Art of Survival* and 2025’s *I Beat Loneliness*. Rossdale’s catalog also includes collaborations with Blue Man Group, Seether and GUNSHIP.
