The wardrobe is a proper high-low mix, pulling from Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Giorgio Armani, Zara, Sanger Suns and Russ Sport Co. alongside vintage pieces including Marco Pierguidi and Clench Denim. That mix gives the story its shape: wide trousers, cropped proportions, layered outerwear and cleaner separates all taking turns without the styling swallowing the model.
Michiel is not exactly arriving out of nowhere, either. Earlier this year he fronted MMSCENE’s “No Rush” editorial, where the publication also identified him as a pianist-composer. Here, though, the energy is less studio stillness and more city movement — a clean reminder that the best model stories do not need twenty competing ideas when the casting, clothes and photographer are already speaking the same language.
