Sadie Sink may have accidentally cast Noah Jupe months ago

Noah Jupe is reportedly joining Avengers: Secret Wars in a mystery role — and suddenly one very funny exchange with Sadie Sink feels a whole lot more interesting.
The A Quiet Place and Hamnet actor has been added to Marvel’s giant 2027 crossover, with his character still being kept tightly under wraps. TheWrap reported that Jupe’s part is expected to be a prominent one, but exactly who he is playing remains thee question.
And here is where things get fun: months before the casting news surfaced, Jupe sat down with his Romeo & Juliet co-star Sadie Sink for Capital Buzz and she casually told him he could make a good Peter Parker.

Sadie Sink straight-up tells Noah Jupe he could be Peter Parker
The moment arrives when the pair get into Marvel territory. Sink is asked which MCU character she would cast Jupe as in a multiverse scenario, and her answer comes fast: Peter Parker.
Jupe then makes it even funnier by revealing that people already stop him because they think he looks like Tom Holland. While attending Holland’s Romeo & Juliet, Jupe says he was asked roughly eight or nine times if he was Holland’s brother.

Does that mean Jupe is secretly playing another Spider-Man? Absolutely not — and we are not turning a joke into a casting leak. But with Marvel keeping his real character hidden, Sink accidentally handing him Peter Parker months earlier is the kind of coincidence that makes the internet start connecting imaginary red string across a wall.
The interview is basically 14 minutes of their chemistry doing the work
The Capital Buzz setup has the two actors interviewing each other around their West End run in Romeo & Juliet, and the whole thing works because neither of them seems interested in giving polished press-junket answers.
Sink remembers Jupe as quiet, calm and chill when they first met. Jupe’s first impression of Sink? He was impressed that she takes the Tube. Extremely serious theater journalism, obviously.
They also choose songs for their versions of Romeo and Juliet. Jupe lands on Cocteau Twins’ “Heaven or Las Vegas” and floats Portishead for something darker and funkier. Sink chooses Björk’s “It’s Oh So Quiet”, which Jupe immediately agrees has very Juliet energy.

Then come Hunger Games, A Quiet Place and Stranger Things
The questions keep getting more chaotic. Asked whether Romeo or Juliet would last longer in The Hunger Games, the pair eventually gives Romeo the edge because, as Sink points out, he has actually killed a man. Jupe counters that Juliet is pretty animalistic, but the verdict still goes to Romeo.
Later, when they get into fictional couples, Sink is firmly on Peeta and Katniss. Jupe jokes that Katniss basically settled, while Sink argues that by the end they are exactly what the other person needs. One thing they do agree on: neither is exactly waving a Team Gale flag.

Sink also tells Jupe she remembers watching him in A Quiet Place and thinking, essentially, that kid is good. Jupe responds with the kind of awkward “thanks” that makes the exchange feel less like two actors doing promo and more like friends realizing they have somehow never said this stuff out loud.
And when Sink is asked which of her own characters she would most likely be friends with, she lands on Max Mayfield, explaining that after spending so much time with Max, the character now feels very close to herself.
Noah Jupe apparently has beef with musicals — except the imaginary F1 one
One of the interview’s best running bits is Jupe admitting that his totally one-sided beef is with musicals. Pretty much all of them. Then, naturally, he creates the one musical he would absolutely do: Formula One.
Jupe says he is a huge Lando Norris fan and jokes that he has even been told they look alike — which gets Sink to point out that he has apparently been told he looks like a lot of people. Jupe’s response is perfect: he would just like to look like himself.

By the end, the interview has somehow gone from Shakespeare and Marvel to whether Sink understands that British chips are, in fact, fried. Jupe tries to convince her to go get fish and chips; Sink admits she has a tiny bit of beef with the whole thing because it feels like a lot of fried food. A pinky swear is eventually involved.

Either way, the mystery role is now one more reason to keep an eye on Jupe. He has already moved comfortably between horror, prestige drama and the West End. Marvel giving him a still-secret part in one of its biggest upcoming films feels less like a random add and more like a very deliberate next move.
