Original INYIM reporting, written editorial material, original graphics, branding, site design elements and other content created by INYIM are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.

You may share links and brief excerpts with appropriate credit. Republishing a full article, substantial original text, original graphics or other protected INYIM material without permission is not permitted unless a legal exception applies.

INYIM may link to or embed material from services including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, retailers, ticketing services and other websites. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability rules and content policies.

A link, embed or mention does not necessarily mean INYIM endorses every statement, product or practice of the third party.

If you submit a comment or other user contribution, you are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to post it. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, infringing, deceptive, spammy or privacy-invasive material.

You retain ownership of your original contribution, but by submitting it you give INYIM a non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce and format it as reasonably necessary to operate the comment area and related site features.

INYIM may moderate, withhold or remove comments when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or maintain the site.

INYIM operates editorial audio and radio experiences, including INYIM Radio. Availability, programming, player functionality and geographic access may change over time. Music and other third-party audio content remain subject to the rights and licensing arrangements applicable to that material.

The existence of a song, artist or recording in an INYIM playlist or radio stream does not transfer ownership of that recording to INYIM.

Some INYIM content may be sponsored, commercially partnered or contain affiliate links. Sponsored material is identified as paid or sponsored content, and affiliate relationships are disclosed where relevant.

INYIM may earn a commission or other compensation when a reader purchases through certain links. Independent editorial coverage is separate from paid commercial work.

You may use the site for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not intentionally disrupt the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, harvest personal information unlawfully or use automated activity in a way that materially interferes with normal site operation.

These Terms do not restrict lawful indexing, accessibility technology, quotation, criticism, research or other uses protected by applicable law.

Submitting a pitch, press release, image, music link, screener information or other editorial material does not guarantee coverage. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, submission for editorial consideration does not transfer ownership of your material to INYIM.

INYIM works to publish accurate information and maintains separate fact-checking and corrections policies, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Information, external links, product availability, prices, event details and third-party services can change after publication.

Nothing on INYIM should be treated as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice unless expressly identified as such and provided by an appropriately qualified source.

To the extent permitted by law, INYIM is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party websites, external services, interruptions or uses of the site outside INYIM’s control.

These Terms may be updated when site features, business practices or legal requirements change. The “Last reviewed” date above indicates the current review cycle.
