Fantasia brought her recipe for ‘Cornbread and Collard Greens’ to thee American Idol stage on last thursday night’s elimination show. The result was a recipe to die for. Sounding more soulful than ever, Fantasia can serve ‘Collard Greens & Cornbread’ anytime at any concert venue in my opinion. The tune is off her latest album “Back to Me”. A spectacular r&b album to come out in the last few months. I certainly can’t stop listening to it. Ain’t nothing like a good serving of soul musique!

She is currently preparing to tackle her upcoming film role, portraying the gospel/soul legend, Mahalia Jackson. Fantasia may have gone through some extremely rough patches in the past but a captivating performer she most definitely is.
