Elle Fanning gives off an enchanting yet capricious look on the latest “LOVE” cover edition. Photographed by Mert and Marcus, Elle is the first in what will be a three cover fold feature including a fashion video by the duo which will be unleashed later this week via ‘models.com’, in it’s MDX column.
