From her fourth studio album The Idler Wheel…, the beautifully peculiar Fiona Apple has released a video for her song “Hot Knife”. Directed by long time collaborater Paul Thomas Anderson (and ex boy friend). The video has Apple chanting her lyrics of “f I’m butter – if I’m butter- If I’m butter, then he’s a hot knife, He makes my heart a cinemascope, He’s showing the dancing bird of paradise.” Something tells us there was toast made after this re-collaboration.
