“Young n sang is a South Korean streetwear brand founded by couple Youngshin and Sanglim in 2017. They studied Fashion Design at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) in the USA and in 2015, they were selected as winners of the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) prize.
Their “Wing it” collection introduces the concept of ‘upcycling’ by patchworking donated and purchased vintage clothes. In the patchwork process, they made garments by following sudden inspiration without sketches. This way the collection shows unexpected and interesting combinations.
