Whoo-Hoo! Azealia Banks Reportedly Inks Major Record Deal Via Warner/Parlophone UK: "I’m coming home. I did it. I wasn’t going to let you down.”

"Taking to social media moments ago, rapper Azealia Banks informed fans of her new record deal with Warner/Parlophone in the UK.

An elated Azealia shared the news on her Instagram Stories, writing: “B*tches I just got signed to Warner / Parlophone UK. I’m coming home. I did it. I wasn’t going to let you down.”

The news comes months after Azealia walked off stage during her performance at the Wynwood Pride Show, following an epic meltdown.

The 31-year-old rapper, who was invited to perform at Wynwood Pride 2022, stormed off stage after what appeared to be a serious meltdown, which was supposedly triggered by multiple events leading up to her performance.

Although having previously made controversial remarks towards the LGBTQ community, Banks was chosen to perform at the event and went on to deliver about four songs before the meltdown.

Banks said at the time, “I’m being f*cked with. Set times being moved. [Being told] I’m the headliner, then I’m not the headliner. I’m really not happy to be here,” she bluntly said.

Adding, “Im so unhappy to be here but what did the fans ever do? I’m trying y’all, but it’s difficult.”

Now, months later, it looks like Banks has put all of her problems behind her as she prepares for a major comeback to music, just as she did in 2012 with the release of her breakout single, “212.”" -
