Today kiddas, we bring to you Towkio, a rapper hailing from Chi Town. He was born in 1993 to, “Mexican mother and a Japanese father. At a young age he was mentored and taught to rhyme by his older friend who is an amazing emcee AJ (threat),” according to our source.
Last year in 2017, Towkio released a couple tunes. One being “Drift” and thee other of course today’s special weekend feature, “Symphony” featuring Teddy Jackson! He is putting the finishing touches on his major-label debut record produced with Rick Rubin at Shangri-La.
The Chicago Tribune describes Towkio flavor, “an adventurous mix of rap, ’90s soul, jazz and generally weird, fuzzed-out beats. He cited Kanye West and Lil Wayne as his biggest influences.”
