Inspired by the 1991 classic, the series follows happily married attorneys Anna (Adams) and Tom Bowden (Wilson) as their world begins to unravel. Their past comes roaring back when Max Cady (Bardem) — the notorious killer they helped put behind bars — is released from prison with one mission: vengeance.
The teaser leans into dread, obsession, and the slow‑burn terror of a man who refuses to stay buried in the past. Bardem’s presence alone is enough to make the walls close in.
