Selena Gomez’s seminal Revival era turns 10 years old.
Miss Blanco took TODAY to her socials to pay respect, and the following thoughts spilled out on the anniversary: “I had bangs & thought I was a rockstar.”

That’s right, musique care bears! We’re celebrating one full decade of her 2015 album, Revival—the record that marked Selena’s bold leap into artistic independence, sensuality, and sonic maturity.
Originally released on October 9, 2015, Revival debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, spawning hits like “Hands to Myself,” “Same Old Love,” and “Good for You” featuring A$AP Rocky. It was also the first album where Selena took full creative control, serving as executive producer and co-writing eight of the eleven tracks.
On Instagram, Selena shared a carousel of throwback stills from the era—onstage moments, fan hugs, and a cheeky shot beneath balloon letters spelling “Revival.” She also launched a limited-edition Revival anniversary merch line, available now on her official website.
Let’s take a moment to bow our heads and place one hand over our hearts. Side-step over to Selena’s IG and gander at the collection of unique stills from that era of her life.
As Selena ended it, we shall do the same: “Happy 10 YEARS of my album Revival!!!”
