Scope out gals and gents, artist Mitski Miyawaki, known just as Mitski, is a Japanese-American singer-songwriter. She embarked on her musical career while studying at Purchase College’s Conservatory of Music, during which she
unleashed a stellar new eclectic experimental indie pop tune entitled “Nobody”. Streaming now with an equally far-out musique video you can see below.
The bright and surreal visual was directed by Christopher Good, and in a press release, Mitski spilled the tea saying: “We shot this video over five days, in both sides of Kansas City. I’ve never been able to take this much time to shoot a video, so it was wonderful to have the space to get the details right, as well as actually hang out and have fun with everyone involved. This video made me fall unexpectedly in love with Kansas City.”
