Hoppa is a special one. He was born four years ago without his two front legs. Avi Kozi, chairman of Israel’s Society for the Protection of Animals, gave Hoppa a home. Where most people would have advised Avi to lay Hoppa down to sleep for good and call it a day…Avi had other things in mind for little Hoppa!
