“The dysfunctional Swede and everyday role play are the main inspiration for the SS18 collection of L’HOMME ROUGE. For the lookbook the Swedish brand teamed up with photographer Lars Thunbjörk.
The garments are of formal origins such as trench coats, business jackets and shirts and the colour ways are carrying the spirit of Thunbjörk’s faded photographs; dry and pale business blue, quirky khaki and pale pinks are for example coloured on dry touch cotton, smooth feeling tencels and polys. The materials and silhouettes go, as usual, hand in hand with L’HOMME ROUGE’s philosophy on comfortable and poetic aesthetics.
