Dua Lipa’s been on tour all year long with her Radical Optimism Tour, and she’s been serving more than just pop perfection. At each and every stop, the pop princess covers a history-making classic artist’s catalogue, turning every city into a tribute stage.

Today’s homage? None other than Lenny Kravitz and Nile Rodgers.
On Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, Dua Lipa and Lenny Kravitz performed a duet of his 1991 unforgettable tune “It Ain’t Over ‘Til It’s Over”. The crowd was treated to a soulful, nostalgic moment as the two traded verses and shared the stage in a performance that’s already being called one of the tour’s most iconic.
Dua introduced Kravitz as a “New York legend”, adding that he was one of the artists who helped her “fall in love with music.” The admiration was mutual—Kravitz bowed to Lipa after their duet, sealing the moment with grace and gratitude.
And then came the main music man himself: Nile Rodgers, the living, breathing master of entertainment. On Saturday night, he joined Dua for a high-energy rendition of Chic’s disco-funk classic “Le Freak”, electrifying the MSG crowd and bridging generations of groove.
