Chvrches Slays With New Single “Clearest Blue”

Chvrches , which yes kiddas, is pronounced “churches” and spelled as CHVRCHΞS, have been slaying since their 2013 debut with their authentic synth-pop signature brand sound complete with the sharp presence of lead singer Lauren Mayberry.

Hailing from good ol’ Scotland, they started conjurrng electronic sonics meshing and mashing with on and off jam sessions in 2011. The group also consisting of L, Iain Cook (synthesisers, bass, guitar, background vocals), and Martin Doherty (synthesisers, samplers), stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden to perform “Clearest Blue,” a solid tune from their second record “Every Open Eye.”
