What a way to end the year 2025. Living legends, Blondie have let it be known that a new album shall cometh before 2026 hits.
Although, sadly drummer Clem Burke passed away at age 70 after a private battle with cancer.
Guitarist Chris Stein reposted a photo of Debbie Harry along with fellow artist/producer John Congleton. Shot in the studio. Chris wrote, “John Congleton and DH. Next Blondie album should be around last quarter this year.”
Then a follower questioned if Clem Burke was going to be featured on it. Stein quickly spilled that “he played the whole thing.” Plus they also asked about tour. Where Chris shared, “don’t know.”
This will serve as the follow-up to Blondie’s spectacular last record—2017’s “Pollinator.”
