Artist John Dwyer’s band Osees has a new album entitled, A Foul Form, out August 12 via Castle Face Records. “Perm Act,” is an upbeat inescapable rock n roll number . The track is ever mesmerizing. Ravishing yet pulsating. The tune reaches its surging peak by the time thee impeccable beats and sonics take over.
