Haribo Candy Bags Have Secret Feature That Everyone Is Just Finding Out About, & TikTok's Losing It.

"Anna (@anna.antonje) posted a viral TikTok video of her showing viewers an unbelievable hack that will keep Haribo Gummy Candy fresh in the bag after opening.

After running down the street and purchasing a bag of Haribo Phantasia Gummy Candy from a store, she proved the hack worked flawlessly.

The TikToker held her Starmix Gummy Candy bag while carefully pulling on the tab to open it - with none of the sweet bears inside falling out of the packaging.

She then took the cord of plastic she pulled from the tab, threaded it through the perforation at the top of the bag and wrapped it around the rest of the packaging to make sure the bag remained folded in half.

'I can't believe it! What did I do my whole life,' Anna said after she spun the bag to prove that the hack would secure all of the candy in the bag.

Gummy bears were originally invented in Germany in the 1920s, evolving from evolved from Dancing Bears to Goldbears under the Haribo brand.

Its popularity rose after Haribo began selling the gummy candy in the U.S. in 1982.

This eventually led to the company releasing new gummy flavors and eventually began selling the candy in different shapes.

The Haribo Phantasia Gummy Candy includes gummies in the shapes of creatures like dinosaurs, devils, and chameleons.

Like gummy bears, the Phantasia bag includes various flavors like strawberry, apple, and blueberry.

The Haribo Starmix Gummi Candy bag also includes fun shapes like Coca-Cola bottles and the famous bears,

Both bags that Anna bought are available at most online and in-store retailers.

Besides TikTok, the video went viral on X, and one of its users posted the video on their profile on June 12 and received over 12 million views.

'When she is shocked to realize that she could have mastered the art of opening and resealing Haribo bags a long time ago,' an X user tweeted on June 12.

While some social media users were impressed with Anna's TikTok video, which has received over 40 million views so far, several wrote that they would not need to know the hack because they could eat a whole bag of gummy candy right away.

'I don't know what I did wrong, but I destroyed the bag and am sitting here happily eating every single one,' a TikTok user wrote.

Others were astounded by the hack, and at least three TikTokers claimed their lives were 'a lie' before they found out the trick exists.

'Oh my gosh, how did you not know that? It’s so cool when I get Haribos gummy candy,' a TikToker wrote." - DailyMail.com
