"Fast food restaurant Subway announced that a staggering ten thousand super fans signed up to legally change their first names to 'Subway' to receive free sandwiches for life.Subway announced the overwhelming response to its Name Change Challenge on Tuesday and revealed that in just 96 hours, thousands of Subway super fans signed up. A lucky winner will be named later this month.The person selected will not only get a lifetime of Subway sandwiches but will also get reimbursed for the legal and processing costs for the name change.The promotion that was first announced on July 26 ran from August 1 through August 4.
