The late great legendary Eartha Kitt was known for her cat-like purr, but it was also her slaps in the face that she was notorious for apparently! According to a phenomenal actress in her own right, TV icon, Jackée Harry, who starred on infamous tele shows like our favorites “227” and “Sister, Sister,” skipped down the yellow brick memory road recalling the time Eartha Kitt smacked her.
Btw, these are the real tea spilling stories we live for! The ones that represent Hollywoodland in all it's spontaneous glamourous and authentic entertaining narratives. Unlike nowadays where reality stars and/or social headlines are oversaturated, over premeditated, recycled artificial propaganda, where folks try too hard for the sake of attention while contradicting themselves. Beings who obviously do not carry that born with "It" factor light that only a few do.
How did this story unravel? Well, a fan tweeted to Jackee, “What’s the most surreal encounter you’ve had with someone famous?” That's when Harry spilled the yummy and hilarious antidote. Responding, “Eartha Kitt slapped the f%#! outta me! She thought I was sleeping with her boyfriend… which I was, but I didn’t know he was taken.”
Naturally, Jackee immediately got questions floating in from all around. Some wondered how a dude had “enough juice” to triumphantly win over both Harry and Kitt! Harry then said, “He didn’t just eat the groceries, he restocked the shelves. He was a dual piano ‘playa.’ We didn’t know he was going to tickle both of our keys.”
Harry never revealed the name of thee mystery man but nonetheless, we're rolling in deep with smiling giggles!
