Netflix has released the trailer for Ma Rainey’s "Black Bottom. Thee forthcoming adaptation of August Wilson’s play about the Chicago blues titan. Starring Viola Davis as Ma Rainey. The film also features the late Chadwick Boseman as a trumpeter named Levee. 

It’s the actor’s final role before his untimely and unfortunate death earlier this year. The movie arrives on December 18th. Queen Of Musique Voices Ma Rainey has a jazzy blues legacy that only genuine musique thespians know about. To those who are forgivingly clueless -

Netflix has unleashed the brand new biopic of the legendary singer entitled Black Bottom and a bunch of fellow musicians in a Chicago recording session during 1927. In the musique world, she's known as the “Mother of the Blues”. 

She along with Ethel Waters, Bessie Smith, and a few others, was one of the first blues artists to record her masterpieces. This is a Netflix spin-off of the adaptation of August Wilson’s play about the Chicago blues titan. Viola Davis shall definitely razzle-dazzle as the lead title.
