Dua Lipa has shook rattled and rolled a brand new remix of her current underground dance hit single “Don’t Start Now”. For this brand new year/decade, Dua has immersed herself unleashing a live musique video for thee hypnotic stellar tune.
Bundled within a six-track remix EP, thee smashing aesthetics is directed by the artist, Daniel Carberry. Dua struts alongside a glorifying 19-piece live band. This all took place in our neck of the woods of Los Angeles, Cali.
The 6 track EP was curated by remixing producers, Dom Dolla, Zach Witness, Purple Disco Machine, Kungs, and Pink Panda. as well as the extended live version of the song, which originally dropped in November. The song shall ultimately appear on Lipa's soon to be released 2nd record, "Future Nostalgia".
Unraveling this February. Our musical paws are in full impatient euphoria as we await counting down the hours and days until the release. Dua spilled the following tea about the project:
“I chose to put this song out first so I could close one chapter of my life and start another. Into a new era with a new sound! It’s about moving on and not allowing anyone to get in the way of that. It also felt like a natural first song choice as I made it with the brilliant same crew I made ‘New Rules’ with.”
