Michaels debuted her album on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show and hinted at the slick pop groove aura. Sharing quite personal and truthful lyrics on multiple tracks including "Deep", the entire motif off the record is a self-deprecating humorous look into the side of Anxiety: “Feel like I’m always apologizing for feeling. Like I’m out of my mind when I’m doing just fine.”
