Janelle Monae brilliantly strutted and shook an electric tailfeather returning to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Her performance off her Dirty Computer album tune "Make Me Feel," soared with all that razzle-dazzle pizazz setting the tonight show audience on fire.
The singer has admittingly said that the song is indeed a Prince-inspired sonic. Opening the number in a black-and-white motif surrounded with an army of dancers. At the first commencement, Janelle immediately electrified with her dance moves effortlessly sequencing into a color backdrop complete with an entire band and effects.
Monae does the greats such as James Brown, Janet, Prince, and others much honor and homage in her stage set.
Next up for Monae is A co-starring role alongside Steve Carell in Robert Zemeckis film entitled," Welcome to Marwen."
