Post-punk fever is very much alive and growling in 2018. Since our covering of rock geniuses Iceage, for over a year now in support of their latest effort "Beyondless." Now we see a carefully collaborated intertwining with a botanical music installation series brought to us by artist Makoto Azuma (the creator of Rihanna’s floral headpiece on her September cover of British Vogue.)
He constructed and designed an ornate flora-filled set entitled “Crazy Garden x Iceage” for the Danish group's groovy live show in thee transcendent and atmospheric country of Tokyo, as part of their Opening Nights residencies.
The post-punk boy quartet recent album was so glorious and comforting for all us authentic rock-bots. Its only makes perfect sense that a fired-up earth rock record would be performed on a lush bed of flowers amidst a lush natural beauty utopia.
