Most likely thee most endearing and enchanting posthumous release from any artist to date comes from Prince (rivaling Tupac's infamous 90's post-death resurgence.) We should say rather it's Princes' estate that has unleashed a never before seen recording of his rendition of the worldwide Sinead O'Connor monster hit 'Nothing Compares 2 U'
Directed by Andrea Gelardin and Ruth Hogben, Prince & The Revolution jazzed up a magical and now instant legendary bitter-sweet taping at the Flying Cloud Drive Warehouse in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The year was 1984, six years before Sinead O'Connor took the tune to number one off her second studio album 'I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got'.
Released on the second anniversary of his death, nothing truly will ever compare 2 Prince. And this stellar remembrance and tribute is only another twinkle of his love shining down on us like-minded earthlings.
Without further ado get all of Prince and his yumminess right below honey rockers!
