Plain surfaces are building the framework of this Fall/Winter 2016/17 collection by Vladimir Karaleev, which are interrupted by contrasting round, amorphous elements. Heavy collars, large lapels and pockets have been deconstructed, reshaping and reframing the whole garment in different ways. Pixels of speckled wool tweeds are composed with abstract glen check, knit, corduroy and fleecy wools, solid blocks of color completing a new surface, dissolved by crashed pleats and flowing linings or cupro fabrics.
"The muted color palette reaches from navy blue, black, brown and fir green to off white, silver grey and mauve. A splash of ochre yellow and petrol are added as accent colors." - Fuckingyoung.es
