Super Model Naomi Campbell is hitting the small screens in a new TV series acording to Fashinista.com. We'll be watching!
Are you ready to see Naomi Campbell every week on your TV screen? Well, ready or not, it's happening: The model has scored a recurring role on Fox's new show "Empire."
This is no rinky-dink operation, either. "Empire"'s producer Lee Daniels was behind critical hits like "The Butler" and "Precious," and Campbell will co-star alongside Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson. The supermodel plays Camilla, described in a press release as "an alluring woman involved in a steamy affair with the much-younger potential heir to his father’s throne." Oooh, scandal!
Campbell already has a number of television roles under her belt in which she played herself: her reality competition show "The Face," for one, but she's also acted on shows like "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and "Absolutely Fabulous."
"Empire" will debut early 2015.
