 will.i.am returns with Scream & Shout ft. Britney Spears off his delayed solo album.

"We've been planning on working with each other on my project for two years now," he said, explaining that Spears was returning the favor after he produced her "Femme Fatale" track "Big Fat Bass."

The track which had us sweating in the club last night is a perfect blend of will.i.am's producing skills and Britneys vocal's with a great visual video to go along. It's Britney Bitch!
