Madonna gets a pleasant surprise as her crew and dancers get the cake and balloons out for the queen of pop in honor of her latest release MDNA hitting the number one spot on the Billboard charts (her 8th number one of her career).
But the fun soon goes down hill as Madonna pulls a knife and gives her manager what he had coming!
