This last weekend, on October 9 2010, it was celebrated all around the world what would have been John Lennon's 70th birthday. Many many tributes all over the planet honored his memory and helped spread the message of peace and love within his music.
In 1974, Lennon released "Walls and Bridges", a record that feautured a duet with Elton John on the song "Whatever Gets You Through The Night". The cover showcases John sporting different models of his trademark round shaped eyeglasses and sunglasses, along with a pair of aviators as well.
Glad I had an opportunity to come across this heart-warming interview with both of John Lennon's sons.
