Our sources are reporting that Ryan Reynolds is going to produce and narrate "The Whale", a documentary about an Orca that attempts to befriend human beings. Sound familiar? Cue in MJ's 'Will You Be There' off the Free Willy soundtrack.
But anywhow... The Canadian actor reportedly "signed on to the project because it’s set near his hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia. In the story, Luna, a baby killer whale, is separated from his family while off the coast of Vancouver. He becomes friendly with humans, which leads to laughter, conflict and unexpected consequences," according to our sources.
Set to also executive produce is none other than Ryan’s wife/actress/modern day muse, Scarlett Johansson!
