Allow me to introduce you kiddas to Princess Abby Francis, the winner of the World's Ugliest Dog contest. The 22nd annual event was held in Petaluma, California last Friday. The 4 yr old Chihuahua, who obviously has to be a mix, won over tons (including last year's reigning champ) for the title and prize of $1,000!
Sources tell us..."Princess Abby was rescued by her owner Kathleen Francis only 5 months ago. Princess Abby was in danger of being put down, because of her physical deformities which the vet believe was caused by inbreeding. At Friday's event, Kathleen said she was surprised that her dog was voted the fugliest of them all, "I don't think she's ugly at all. I think she's the most beautiful dog."
