Well that never happens, but there is definitely no surprise here!
Delightfully spriteful. Meeting all expectations. Merly Streep does what she does best, deliver yet another best female performance of this generation has ever seen. Amy Adams is not one to get left out of the limelight either. Astoundingly convincing as a 30 year old New Yorker struggling to find her main purpose in life.

Her husband's job brought them to France, but Julia always craved for something to do. We fast-forward 40 yrs later, Julie Powell finds herself in a rut. On the edge of turning 30, works in a cubicle and watches her 'friends' achieve label success, she takes on a bizarre plan to focus her time to spend exactly one year whipping up 524 recipes in Julia Child's “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”. Along with writing a blog about her day to day unravelments.
